Bush hitting the everclear
If Bush gives ethanol the big push as predicted in tonight's SOTU address, that will provide the final nail in the coffin for ethanol's future. Has Bush gotten anything right yet?

A mention, not a big push...
A promise for more research on cellulose ethanol production, currently too expensive to be practical.
One local wag referred to the President's much touted ethanol coments as "bait and switchgrass."
Meanwhile, the American Lung Association of Minnesota contunues to convince owners of FFVs that can use the cleaner-burning E85 fuel to do so -- more than 8 million gallons sold in MN last year...
